Off Duty Gutters (ODG) was great! Terry Narmore quickly assessed how inadequate our old gutters, downspouts, and drainage were in Jan. 2026. In Feb., as the old gutters were removed, ODG found we also had rotten fascia boards, soffits, and spongy roof decking, and highly recommended that we address those before the new gutters were installed, so we did. In April, the new gutters were finally installed (our delay, not ODG), then we waited for a heavy rain to see how well they worked. In May, there was finally a heavy downpour — amazing difference from before but still a slight drip at one end of a gutter. ODG promptly returned to address all of our concerns even after we had paid in full — no charge for the extra splash guard. No more leaks at all. Great company to work with!

I asked Terry to come out to my house in Madison and take a look at my gutters, and quote me for new ones. To my surprise, Terry told me my gutters were fine and advised me of a cheap solution to fix the issue I was concerned about. I am definitely impressed with his honesty and will try to use his company the next time I have a legitimate gutter issue!
